How self-learning works
Self-learning helps Ventos propose improvements to its skills based on recurring work and corrections. It is optional during the beta, and your organization reviews proposed changes before they take effect.
When it helps
Section titled “When it helps”Use self-learning when your team repeats a process often and wants Ventos to identify a better reusable default over time.
What it does
Section titled “What it does”- Spots patterns. When the same kind of request comes up repeatedly, or a user keeps making the same correction, Ventos recognizes there’s a better default to capture.
- Proposes skill changes. It drafts a new skill, or an edit to an existing one, that folds in what it learned.
- Keeps your organization in the loop. Proposed changes are surfaced for review before they become part of how Ventos works for the organization.
The result is that Ventos gets better at your organization’s specific way of working the more your team uses it — without waiting for a product update.
Important boundaries
Section titled “Important boundaries”- Self-learning is opt-in per organization during the beta.
- It refines skills and defaults; it does not change what integrations or capabilities are available.
- Learned changes are reviewable — Ventos proposes, your team decides.
