Choose a way to use Ventos
Use this page to choose where to talk to Ventos. Every channel reaches the same agent and can use the tools your organization has enabled, but each is better for a different kind of task.

| ZenZap | Plain-text lookups in a dedicated topic | Your organization uses ZenZap. |
When to switch to web chat
Section titled “When to switch to web chat”Conversations from email, Slack, WhatsApp, and ZenZap are visible in the web app. Switch there when you need a longer answer, rich formatting, tables, citations, or a file download.
