Integrations

Connect your team's tools

Use integrations to make approved team data available to Ventos and, where supported, let it take actions in the tools your team already uses.

Choose the tool where your team keeps customer relationships, files, email, or work tracking. Its guide explains what Ventos can see, who makes changes, and which setup steps apply to you.

An organization administrator first selects and authorizes the data source that Ventos can use. Some integrations also ask each team member to connect their own account before Ventos can act as that person.

  • Administrator setup — done once in Settings › Integrations. It makes the integration available and defines the data or workspace Ventos may use.
  • Team-member setup — done in Settings › Personal Integrations only when the integration needs Ventos to act as an individual user. It becomes available after administrator setup.
